King Arthur’s Spicy Eggnog Quick Bread

All this needs is King Arthur’s Spicy Egg Nog Quick Bread with my innovation.
I had egg nog and the mix in the house, so I thought, “why not.” The result was heavenly smells in the kitchen, a beautiful quick bread with streusel topping (included in the mix). I highly recommend getting the mix, even if you just use regular milk instead of the egg nog.
Update: It tasted fantastic but was dry and heavy. Next time I will try to bake it for 50 minutes and add a bit more water.

Instructions
Step 1
I followed the ingredient quantities listed on the box but used egg nog instead of milk and added 2-3 tbsp of water, because when I stirred in the mix, it was too thick. I followed the quickest method listed on the box, using the oil instead of butter in the batter. I then made the streusel from the 2 tbsp. of butter and the packet included in the box. I ended up baking it for an hour, but that is my oven, you should be able to bake yours 40-50 minutes, as directed on the box. Enjoy!
