I use Creole seasoning on chicken, beef,and seafood. It add so much flavor! I also use it in red beans and rice, shrimp creole, and in so many Louisiana recipes (all of these recipes can be found on our website, onedishkitchen.com)
This recipe can easily be customized: reduce the amount of salt if you want a low sodium spice blend or use less cayenne pepper if you want less heat.
