Instructions
Step 1
Add toasted sesame oil to wok and cook on medium heat
Step 2
Add soy sauce, peanut butter, and ginger garlic paste and mix into a sauce
Step 3
Raise heat to full, add veggies and stir. Stir and cook until veggies not frozen
Step 4
Cover with lid and turn off stove. Will continue cooking in its own heat
Step 5
Cut tofu into strips and marinade with soy sauce and spice blend
Step 6
Airfry tofu until light brown
Step 7
Serve with rice
