Ingredients

1 Tbspoil
2onions

4cloves garlic

1 cupdried white beans
cooked and drained
6 cupswater
2stock cubes
200 gmfreekeh
4 Tbsppaprika
1 Tbspdried marjoram
1 Tbspdried thyme
1 Tbsponion powder
1 Tbspgarlic powder

Instructions
Step 1
Optionally, grind the freekah in a blender or a food processor.
Step 2
Pour it in a liter of water and a stock cube and let it soak for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Step 3
Heat oil over medium and cook the onions, garlic and carrot for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cubed carrot and potato and cook for 2-3 mintues.
Step 5
Add the rest of ingredients, bring to a boil and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, until the freekah is soft and cooked.
