Instructions

Step 1
Cut the chicken into 1 inch squares
Step 2
Put the chicken squares into a baggie with pickle juice, and let sit in refrigerator for at least 4 hours
Step 3
Mix the milk and eggs in a large bowl
Step 4
Drain the pickle juice and put the chicken in the egg mixture
Step 5
Drain excess egg mixture
Step 6
Heat oil to 375, or medium high
Step 7
In a baggie, add flour, powdered sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper
Step 8
Cook the chicken squares in the oil for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown
Step 9
Dry oil off chicken pieces in a paper towel
