Instructions
Step 1
Slow cook chuck roast on low, in crockpot. Add 1 packet of Good Italian Seasoning, 1 dry onion mix packet, a splash of beef broth, a splash of pepperoncini juice and a handful of cut pepperoncinis.
Step 2
Cook for 6-8 hours on low temperature.
Step 3
Shred meat and serve on buns with mozzarella cheese and whole pepperoncini, if desired.
