Instructions
Step 1
In a Dutch oven sear bacon until crispy. Remove. Cook onions in bacon fat and add butter. Add spices and potato flour. Let cook for a few more minutes. Add potatoes and stir. Add liquid and chicken bouillon and stir. Allowed to come to a slight boil, reduce heat and cover for about an hour until potatoes are tender. Add sour cream, and about half the bacon, stir allow to cook for a few more minutes and serve.
