Add warm milk, butter, egg, then add all dry ingredients into standmixer bowl with dough hook attachment

Mix on medium speed for 8- 10 minutes

Take the dough out onto a floured surface & form a neat ball with it then add it into an oiled bowl and put it into a plastic bag and place it in the microwave for 40 minutes to proof

Make your filling while the dough is proofing, add all your ingredients to a bowl or dish and beat it for a few minutes or until it becomes creamy

Once proofed roll the dough in a rectangle onto a floured surface and spread filling onto the dough.

Roll the dough as tightly as possible, cut off the ends of the dough and measure the dough to cut all cinnabons the same size (about 3/4 cm)

Spray and cook your pan (I used a cupcake pan to keep the round shape) place it into your pan and cover with a cloth and place in a warm cozy place for 20 minutes

In the mean time pre heat your oven to 160/180 degrees depending on your oven (I bake it on 160)

Once buns are proofed whisk together an egg and 2 tbsp milk and brush onto the buns.

Place it into the oven for 12-15 minutes

Once buns are out of the oven place icing immediately on if you’re using cream cheese icing
Step 13
Before eating, heat the Cinnabon for 8 seconds in the microwave
