Step 1
Preheat oven to 375-degrees F
Step 2
In a large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
Cook onion and mushrooms until most liquid has evaporated.
Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Remove skillet from heat.
Stir in cottage cheese, chicken, parsley, pepper, and rosemary. Spoon mixture into prepared pie shell.
Roll out extra dough and cut it into strips. Place over chicken, making a lattice top.
Bake 45-minutes or until crust is golden brown.
