This pork adobo musubi is probably the best musubi I've had so far. This recipe uses the Filipino Pork Adobo recipe on the Jeanelleats website.

Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice and make the adobo from https://jeanelleats.com/filipino-pork-adobo/
Step 2
Slice tomato and cabbage into sizes appropriate for your musubi. Set aside the tomato and blanch the cabbage for 1 minute
Step 3
Assemble your musubi! I recommend rice, then tomato, adobo, cabbage, and one last layer of rice.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
