Step 1
dice chicken breast and heat up sesame oil in pan on medium high heat
Step 2
add chicken thighs to pan and cook on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side

for sauce, mix remaining ingredients (besides rice) in a bowl and add to pan with chicken

cover and put heat on low. let sauce reduce for about 8-10 minutes and soak up all of the flavor.
Step 5
Rinse 1 cup of rice, and add to stove with 1.5 cups water. bring to a boil, then cover with lid on low heat. let steam/cook for 20 minutes.

chop green onions.

plate with jasmine rice, healthier orange chicken, and garnish with green onions or veggies of choice!
