Instructions

Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil for your pasta! Add olive oil and garlic to a separate pan over medium high heat

When your water is boiling, add your pasta in. (I did whole box) stir occasionally and drain when fully cooked. Chop up sausage and add to pan. I seasoned in pan & measured with my heart!

Cook sausage on each side for 2-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan and set aside. Next drain your corn and diced tomato & add that into the pan

Once corn and tomato have cooked for a few minutes and itโ€™s warmed, add heavy cream and bring to a boil. Re season as needed. Once itโ€™s boiling, reduce heat to medium and slowly stir the cheese in.

Allow cheese to melt while stirring. Lastly add the sausage and noodles back into the sauce mixture. If sauce gets too thick, re add heavy cream in about 1/4 a cup at a time until desired thickness. Serve & enjoy!!!
