1can diced tomatoes with jalapenos
1 x 10.5 ouncescan garbonzos kidney

black beans beans
1 x 14 ozcan low-sodium chicken broth
¼ teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspooncumin
⅛ teaspooncinnamon
hot sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil on medium-low. Add onion and saute until soft (3-5 minutes). Add turkey and brown (about 5 minutes). Add tomatoes with juice, beans, broth, and spices. Stir and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
