Sausage balls
2 poundspork sausage
1 ½ cupsbuttermilk baking mix
16 ouncesshredded cheddar cheese
½ cuponion
diced
½ cupcelery
chopped
½ teaspoongarlic powder
Dip
Instructions
For the sausage balls:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Step 2
Combine the sausage, baking mix, cheddar cheese, onion, celery and garlic powder. Mix well and form into 1 inch balls.
Step 3
Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1/2 inch apart. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
For the dip:
Step 4
Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, and 4 teaspoons mustard together in a bowl; serve alongside meatballs.
