Instructions

Step 1
Brown the butter - medium heat, stir constantly (it wont take long to go from not browned to browned to burnt so watch closely!) It will foam, wait for the foam to dissipate. Wait for it to go 2 shades darker than golden brown.
Step 2
Once butter has been taken from heat + cooled, add 2 tablespoons of cream
Step 3
Add both brown + caster sugar, continue whisk/stirring
Step 4
Add 2 large eggs, stir until incorporated - it'll take on a silkier appearance + 1 tablespoon Vanilla
Step 5
In a seperate bowl stir flour, baking soda + salt then add to wet ingredients
Step 6
Split both types of chocolate into 2 piles + chop 1/2
Step 7
Using 1/4 cup measure out portions of cookie dough onto baking tray which will be put in fridge for 24+ hours
Step 8
Then pop dough portions in freezer to bake 1 at a time!
