Instructions
Step 1
Cook linguine according to the package directions and set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add shrimp and cook until it turns pink and tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Once cooked, remove shrimp and set aside.

Add butter to the hot skillet and let it melt.

Slowly whisk in flour until fully incorporated.

Add in cream cheese, whisking until smooth.

Add more or less half and half to reach to reach your desired consistency.

Add cooked linguine and shrimp back to the skillet.
