Instructions

Step 1
cut up chicken into large chunks and boil in water (enough to make stew) and add old bay seasoning and mixed herbs - boil for 20 mins

after 20 mins add 1 chopped leek and some carrots and one spoonful of curry powder - simmer for a further 15mins

then add the chopped potatoes and simmer for another 20mins
