My family absolutely loves it when I make them, it’s one of their favorite meals to have…… ——Ingredients—— -5 beef shanks -2 cups of carrots -4 stalks of celery -1 large onion -1 8oz tray of mushrooms -3 cloves of garlic -3 bay leaves -1 teaspoon of thyme -1 teaspoon of oregano -1 teaspoon black pepper -1 teaspoon garlic powder -1 teaspoon onion powder -1 teaspoon paprika -1 tablespoon chicken bouillon -2 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning (to season the shanks with -1 tablespoon of salt (to season the shanks with) -2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce -1 14.5oz can of stewed tomatos -2 tablespoons of tomato paste -1 tablespoon of flour -32oz Carton of beef broth -3 tablespoons of oil -1/2 teaspoon of salt or to taste for the stew : :
