Instructions
Step 1
Scramble eggs together in small bowl

Add cheese and bacon and whisk to combine

Pour into single cup of large sized muffin/cupcake tin

Repeat into additional cups until desired number of servings reached

Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until tops are set and very lightly golden brown

Serve warm, or store in sealed container in fridge for up to three days

To reheat, place on oven safe plate and microwave for 1 minute
