Instructions
Step 1
In a medium sauce pan bring salted water to boil, add carrots, cook for 5 to 7 minutes, begin timing when water returns to a boil.
Step 2
Drain carrots and return to sauce pan
Step 3
Add all glazing ingredients, cook 3 to 5 minutes or until carrots are fully glazed
Step 4
Sprinkle parsley or chives on top and serve
