Making ribs is surprisingly easy, and worth the wait! These ribs fall off the bone, and are so good.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 275 F
Step 2
Pull the membrane off the back of your ribs. I find it easiest to use paper towel to get a good grip on the membrane as I pull
Step 3
Season both sides of your ribs generously. I do not measure this. Be sure to rub the seasoning in and you’ll want enough seasoning to evenly coat BOTH SIDES of your ribs
Step 4
Wrap your ribs in foil and place on a foil lined baking sheet
Step 5
Bake for 3 and a half hours
Step 6
Unwrap and lather both sides with BBQ sauce. I do not measure this part, just make sure the ribs are coated
Step 7
Bake uncovered for 30 more minutes
