Step 1
Combine chopped sage, salt and pepper, honey, hot sauce in a small bowl. Rub the mixture over the chicken.

Step 2
Heat up oven to 425F, cover the baking pan with olive oil, and bake chicken for about 30-35 min, until the internal temperature is at 165F.
