Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
To a bowl, add chicken thighs and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add roasting sauce and toss to coat. Let sit while oven preheats.
Step 4
To an eight-inch baking dish, add chicken thighs in a single layer, and spoon any remaining sauce from the bowl over the chicken.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Step 6
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Step 7
If making tacos, use two forks the shred the meat, then serve with tortillas.
