Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease glass pan.

Sauce & Noodles:

First, saute onions, zucchini, garlic and broccoli in butter until tender. Next, sprinkle salt and pepper, seasoning salt and oregano or italian seasoning on veggies. Add Ragu spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, water and tomato sauce. Cook until warm and then add spinach. COntinue to simmer while noodles cook in water with oil for ten minutes or until tender.

Cheese Mis:

Combine in medium bowl: Cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Mozzarella Mix:

Mix together mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Layers:

1. Spoon a small amount of sauce on to the bottom of the dish. Spread evenly

2. Cover bottom with a layer of noodles, don’t leave any open spaces

3. Spoon another small amount of sauce and spread evenly

4. Next, put a layer of cheese mid down

5. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella mix

Cover with tin foil and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. CHeck center and make sure everything is fully cooked and hot. Enjoy!
