Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius

Cut the potatoes in halves or quarters and place in a mixing bowl with the olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper

Toss everything until well coated

Transfer to a sheet pan with baking paper and spread them out in one even layer. Place the potatoes cut side down for a crispy side

Bake for 45-55 mins, stirring halfway through
