Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour and water, knead for a few minutes until smooth, cover and rest for 90 minutes.
Step 2
Add cold water to the mixing bowl and knead the dough under water to wash out the starch. Change the water and repeat until the water runs clear, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the water and knead in the spices. Let the dough rest for another hour.
Step 4
Twist the dough and tie into a knot. Fry both sides for a few minutes then simmer in vegetable stock for 45 minutes. Shred and enjoy.
