Step 1
Soak the Shiitake mushrooms and Wakame in warm water for 10-15 minutes, using a spoon to hold down the mushrooms.
Step 2
Add the liquid from the mushrooms along with the other ingredients (except spring onion) into a small saucepan and warm ups.
Step 3
Top with spring onion and sip slowly.
