Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, until tender. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water, and return pasta to the pan.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the garlic and the chilli and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the prawns, tomatoes, and the pasta water. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes then stir through the parsley.
Step 4
Mix in with the spaghetti and serve.
