Instructions
Step 1
Season the chicken with paprika, cayenne and S&P or spice-mix of choice
Step 2
Cook the chicken in a pan and set aside
Step 3
Salt water in a pot, boil the broccoli and green beans, saving the water
Step 4
Get the pasta going following the instructions of the package
Step 5
While the pasta is boiling cook the onion, garlic and chili on low-medium heat until fragrant about 4 minutes.
Step 6
Add the tomato paste and let cook for a few minutes
Step 7
Add the veggies and spinach along with 1 cup of pasta water into the pan and let the spinach steam for 2 minutes, add the chicken
Step 8
Serve on top of the pasta or mix it together in a pot or in the pan
