Step 1
Slice Roma Tomatoes in half, cut the heart of the tomato out of each side. Dice the tomatoes into small pieces. Cut the onion in half and slice into small pieces. Cut the jalapeno in half, cut the veins out and take the seeds out. Wash the jalapeno and dry it. Slice the jalapeno into small pieces. Mix the tomatoes, onions, and jalapeno together. Add the lime juice. Mix together and refrigerate until you are ready to serve. *Make sure to wash hands, cutting board, and knife between veggies.
