For medium cream sauce
Step 1
Heat butter in saucepan over low heat until melted.

Blend in flour, salt and pepper.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.

Stir in milk and thyme. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

Boil and stir 1 minute.
For pie filling

Cut turkey, carrots, and potatoes

Steam potatoes and carrots in instant pot on manual high setting for 3 minutes with quick release

Cut up onion and sauté with peas in pan with butter

Mix all the ingredients into the pie crust use store bought or make

Step 10
Bake at 425 for 35-40 minutes with tinfoil on the crust and last 15 minutes remove the foil before finishing.
