500gbeef steaks sliced

1 Tbsptomato purée

1 Tbsppaprika

500gtagliatelle
cooked

fresh parsley
chopped

5garlic cloves
crushed

1 Tbspwholegrain mustard
or Dijon

1 Tbspcornflour
mixed to a paste with

1 Tbspwater

450gmushrooms
quartered or halved

1 TbspWorcestershire sauce

400mlbeef stock

1onion
sliced

100glow-fat crème fraîche

salt

pepper
to taste

fresh parsley
chopped

Parmesan cheese
grated, to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Place all the ingredients, except the crème fraîche, in the slow cooker, stir and season to taste. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 7 hours. Stir in the crème fraîche to make a thick, creamy sauce, then garnish with parsley and a sprinkling of Parmesan
