Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
2. Put both types of meat in to a large pyrex dish. Make 1 generous pass of garlic, salt, and pepper each and then mix into the meat. Press meat flat when done and brown in the oven.

3. In a sauce pan, mix the cans of tomato sauce with 1 shake of minced onion, 2 generous passes of pepper, 2 generous passes of garlic, 1 generous pass of salt, and 3 generous passes of Tony's seasoning. Once the sauce is hot, add two pinches of sugar.
Step 4
4. In a small bowl mix 2 tbsp of hot water with 2 tbsp of flour; break up the clumps. Add to the sauce.
Step 5
5. Drain meat and spread sauce on top. Return dish to the oven until the edges of the sauce begin to dry.
