Parmesan Caesar salad cups

Instructions

Step 1
Place 12 individual tablespoons of Parmesan cheese onto a parchment lined sheet pan. Bake at 400° for three minutes until the cheese is melted Cool for one minute, then gently remove the Parmesan cheese and place on the backside of a muffin tin, mold it around the muffin tin to form a cup then cool completely. Add Caesar salad mix to a bowl and toss together with the dressing. Once the cups are cooled removed from the muffin tin, spoon the salad inside. Top with croutons and if desired chicken or shrimp then enjoy.
