Instructions

Step 1
Combine remaining ingredients in large skillet. Cook 20 minutes.
Step 2
Divide dough into 6 pieces; roll out on a floured surface to an 8" circle.
Step 3
Top each circle with about 2 Tab. of the filling. Mositen edges; fold in half and seal in a hand pie sealer.
Step 4
Put in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
Step 5
Fry on each side until golden brown.
Step 6
You can freeze uncooked pies with parchment paper in between. Just thaw before cooking.
