Instructions
Step 1
Put a large skillet over medium heat, and add the oil.

Sauté the garlic for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, scallion, oregano, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes to the skillet, and stir to combine.
Step 4
Cook the sauce, stirring, for about 5 minutes, until the cherry tomatoes break up.
Step 5
Add the zucchini to the skillet, and toss into the sauce with tongs for about 5 minutes, until the zucchini is tender. Serve.
