Creamy Burrito Casserole

Ingredients

2 lbground beef

2cans refried beans
regular, or one large can

16 ozsour cream

25taco size tortillas
flour, You won't use all tortillas if you buy 2 20-ct packs I like the smaller shells bc of ease to work with

2 pksmicrowaveable Spanish Rice

1 packtaco seasoning
2pks for more punch
2cans cheddar soup

2 cShredded cheese

1can green chilies
optional
Instructions
Step 1
Brown, drain beef. (Here you can cook onion or peppers if you like)
Combine meat, heated rice & beans in large bowl, set aside.
Step 2
In separate bowl mix sour cream and soup, set aside.
Step 3
Spread a layer of soup mixture into bottom of 9x13 casserole dish. (Keeps from sticking)
Step 4
Layer of tortillas. (Tear smaller bits to fill gaps in between)
Step 5
Spoon & spread layer of meat mixture.
Step 6
Sprinkle thin layer of cheese.
Step 7
*Repeat layers until dish is full.
Top with remaining tortillas & cheese.
Step 8
Bake at 350° for 25-35 minutes.
