Cardamom scones with blueberries

Instructions

Step 1
Set the oven to 200 °. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cardamom and vanilla in a bowl. Crumble the butter with your fingers.
Step 2
Beat eggs and yoghurt together in another bowl. Mix it and the blueberries in the crumbly dough and work everything together. Flatten the dough into a large circle, about 2 cm thick, on a floured table.
Step 3
Cut the plate into triangular pieces and spread them on a plate with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
Step 4
Mix icing sugar and water to a thick glaze. Top the scones with the glaze.
