5celery ribs

1onion
large, chopped
1turnip
medium, Small chop
1 headgarlic
diced
1 lbground turkey
1 lbground pork sausage
1 cancanned sloppy joe sauce
15 ozwater
4 oztomato paste
2cans kidney beans
Any bean undrained
43 Ozdiced tomatoes
undrained
Chilli Seasoning
2 tblspchili powder
1 tspcumin
1 tsppaprika
½ tspred pepper flakes
½ tsponion powder
½ tspgarlic powder
salt
pepper

Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, saute celery, onion, turnip, and garlic in olive oil. Transfer to bowl & set aside
Step 2
Using the same pot, mix ground turkey and pork sausage. Brown the meat and drain any extra grease.
Step 3
Mix chili seasoning into meat then add bowl of vegetables
Step 4
Mix in sloppy joe can then refill can with water & add to chili. Mix in tomato paste
Step 5
Mix in beans, tomatoes, jalapeños (if using) and celery leaves
Step 6
Stir the pot, cover & bring to a bubble. Reduce heat, simmer on low heat at least 45 min
