Instructions
Step 1
Start by creaming your butter and sugars until the consistency is light and fluffy.
Step 2
Add your lightly beaten eggs and vanilla, and mix until just combined.
Step 3
Add your flour, toasted milk powder, espresso powder, leavening agents, salt, and cornstarch (for thickening). Mix until just combined, do not over mix. Fold in the chocolate chips & chunks.
Step 4
Scoop 2 tbsp to form balls and place on parchment paper. Freeze for 15min, and preheat your oven to 350f in the meantime.
Step 5
Bake for about 12-14min, and then let it cool down for at least 10min to set. You can store the dough (formed into balls) in the freezer and make fresh chocolate chip cookies whenever you’d like. Enjoy!
