Instructions
Step 1
Shred carrots and zucchini.
Step 2
Cook carrots with some water and add in zucchini after carrots turn soft.
Step 3
Cook dried soba according to package instructions.
Step 4
Grill salmon in oven for 13-18 minutes.
Step 5
Add soba to cooked vegetables and add soy sauce, mirin, ginger, and some oil. Stir fry it for a while.
Step 6
Take the mixture out and add the same sauce to the salmon.
Step 7
Dress it with some sesame oil and seeds.
