Step 1
Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.
Step 2
Season salmon with salt and pepper and then coat with flour.
Step 3
Heat butter in a pan on medium heat until melted.
Step 4
Place salmon in the pan. Cook for approximately 3 minutes then flip the salmon and cook until cooked through.
Step 5
Add the bok choy. Once bok choy is cooked add the sauce.
Step 6
Make sure all sides of the salmon are coated with the sauce before finishing.
Step 7
Serve with rice.
