Step 1
Begin by dropping in your anchovy broth packet in a pot, 1 onion (cut in half), 1/2 stalk of green onion, and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic. Add 600ml of water, close the lid and turn up to medium heat.

Step 2
Leave it to boil for 20 minutes.
Step 3
While the broth is boiling, slice the remaining 1/2 of the green onion and dice your kimchi.

Next, on a pan, drizzle oil and start frying your diced kimchi on medium heat. Add 1/2 Tbsp of sugar and 1 Tbsp of soy sauce. Mix and set aside.

In a new pot, fill it up with water and let that come to a boil. Once it has begun boiling, drop in 1 serving of wheat flour noodles. Once the water turns bubbly and white, pour in a dash of cold water and let the noodles cook again until it turns bubbly and white. (Should be all cooked after ~3 minutes)

Drain and quickly rinse with lukewarm water and transfer into your bowl.
Step 7
After 20 minutes, take out all the veggies and broth packet from the main pot. Add 2 Tbsp of soy sauce and mix. Turn off heat.
Step 8
In your bowl with the noodles, add stir-fried kimchi and green onions. Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle sesame oil on top. Pour in the anchovy broth.
