Instructions
Step 1
Place shredded spaghetti squash in a large bowl and press off excess water with a paper towel.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400degrees and line 13x9 pan with parchment paper.
Step 3
In a large pan, add the coconut oil, mushrooms and onion and cook over medium heat, until veggies are softened. About 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add in the thyme, garlic powder, salt, coconut cream and arrowroot powder. Cook about 5 minutes until mixture starts to thicken.
Step 5
Turn off heat and add tuna, spaghetti squash and eggs.
Step 6
Pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 7
Remove and top with crushed chips and bake for 5-10 more minutes.
