Step 1
Whisk double cream, mascarpone, icing sugar and 2 tbsp biscoff spread until it forms soft peaks
Step 2
Mix coffee with warm water . (In this step, you can avoid coffee too and just use warm milk for dipping biscuits)
Step 3
Melt biscoff spread in the microwave
Step 4
Dip biscoff biscuits one by one into the the coffee mix and layer in your serving dish. First layer the biscuits, then the whipped mixture and then the melted Biscoff spread and repeat. For final layer, use a piping bag to put design on top
Step 5
Crush some biscoff biscuits finely and sprinkle on top to mimic cocoa powder
Step 6
Refrigerate for a couple hours or overnight and serve cold
