This is something my uncle made for me when I was younger, I found old photos of it and decided to remake it. So many good memories within just one bite, prefect for just a day in.

For the egg mixture

Step 1
Boil a pot for water and add the eggs to pot
Step 2
Get a pan and cook bacon to medium heat (remove bacon once it looks golden)
Step 3
Once eggs are done, put in a bowl of ice till is safe to touch.
Step 4
Take the shell off the eggs and place into another small bowl
Step 5
Crush the hard bowl egg, add mayo and pickle juice into the bowl, and mix till it is a paste
Step 6
Toast the bread and spread a mayo light (or as much as you want)
Step 7
Place the piece of toast on a plate and put (in order) the cheese, then ham, bacon, and the egg paste
Step 8
(Optional) add hot sauce for a kicker
