Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta (200 gms) as per the time given in the packet. Add salt as per the taste and 1 teaspoon of oil.
Step 2
Strain the excess water from pasta and allow it to cool.
Step 3
Meanwhile, take a saucepan and add butter and oil. Saute some chopped garlic till the raw smell goes.
Step 4
Add 1 teaspoon of all purpose flour and saute till the raw smell goes. Make the mixture creamy and lump free.
Step 5
Slowly start adding raw milk and stir continuously till the whole mixture becomes creamy. Make sure that you don't leave any lump while stirring.
Step 6
Once the sauce gets creamy, you may add salt. Then add the cooked pasta and blend.
Step 7
Finally add cheese and allow it to melt along with pasta. Garnish the dish with crushed pepper, mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
Step 8
Blend the whole pasta subtly and serve hot.
