Instructions

Step 1
In a blender, add walnuts, Parmigiano cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper, garlic clove and cream.
Step 2
Mix everything until smooth.
Step 3
In a pan over medium heat, add a couple of spoons of olive oil and your bacon. Sizzle for about 5 mins or until crispy.
Step 4
Remove bacon from the pan and set aside.
Step 5
In the meantime, boil your pasta in some salted water, drain and add it to your greasy pan.
Step 6
Toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together, adding a couple of spoons of pasta water.
Step 7
Lower the heat to low, add your walnut pesto and a ladleful of pasta water. Stir very well for 90 seconds or until sexy.
Step 8
Serve with your crispy bacon on top and some black pepper.
