Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Step 2
Cut the baguette in slices and place them on a baking tray.




Step 3
Mix olive oil, smashed garlic gloves, salt and pepper and brush your baguette slices from both sides with it.






Step 4
Roast the bread slices for about 10-15min in the oven.


Step 5
Cut the mushrooms in slices and fry them with olive oil in the pan.


Step 6
Pour soy sauce over the champignons and add rosemary. Remove the pan from the hob.



Step 7
Get the crostini out of the oven and top them with your fried mushrooms.
