Instructions
Step 1
IN a 4-or 5-quart slow cooker, combine the pork, onion, jalapeño, garlic, tomatoes, broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
Step 3
USING two forks, shred the pork in the slow cooker.
Step 4
Serve the chili topped with cilantro, avocado, and jalapeño.
